What’s the frequency, Kenneth? is your Benzedrine, uh-huh/ I was brain-dead, locked out, numb, not up to speed

This isn’t just the silly season.  This is the sickening season.
Newt Gingrich, the first and most appalling of the Rape-Nuts, reminds women that they should just sit down, be quiet, and get over it.  Why is anybody listening to this adulterous cheating lying asshole again?  Oh yeah, the Gingrich Rules.

Melissa Harris-Perry responds strongly to Gift-Rape evil jerk Mourdock. Personally, I hope he wants to have that fight.  She will destroy him.

And it seems that the Obama administration is using a back-door provision of the ACA to enable a nationwide near-public option for health care.  well-played indeed.

The wingnuts are seriously arguing that the polls MUST be wrong, because they show Rmoney losing.  Not only are they innumerate idiots, they are fully committed to the idea that a Democratic win is ALWAYS definitionally invalid. Oh, and also because Nate Silver sounds like a fag.

And much to my disappointment, the English Beat had a miserable sound engineer on Friday night, making it a much less satisfying night. The mix was so muddy that eventually the venue sent a guy out to tell him how to do his job.
Finally, Houses for Zombies, because really, fuck those ghosts, insubstantial bastardos.  I particularly like number 22.

EDIT O FUCK IT ALL EDIT

Wisconsin Douche-Canoe and pencil-neck Kock-Puppet Ron Johnson weighs in on abortion. This hemorrhoidal weasel thinks everyone is concerned about Benghazi.

I am sure Wisconsin women are SO HAPPY Ronbo is here to tell them their concerns are not an issue.

DIAPFF (Die in a Plastic Factory Fire) you scum sucking squeezebag.

  1. fish must be having a Bradygasm today though.

  2. LOL, after the kind of feckless game today, I suddenly had three searches for “Green Bay Packers fucking inept offense”. Dudes, chill a bit. It wasn’t pretty, but still a win.

Meanwhile, all I got here is the Giants and the Cowboys. Even if it means I’m as innumerate as the wingnuts, I’m going to keep rooting for them BOTH to lose. No matter what happens, when it’s over I’ll be partially rewarded and it’ll be time to pour a cocktail and switch over to the World Series, where the Giants have a chance to wrap up their second World Series championship in three years.

    Dynasty, bay bee…

    • The wingnut hatred for San Francisco as a liberal bastion has caused a couple of them to try and come up with reasons to support the Tigers in hatred. And the best they could come up with is support for blue collar workers, PBR, and unions! I guess “Let Detroit go bankrupt” is no longer operative.

LOL, as I said at Bouffant’s, it’s enough for me to join your bandwagon and support the Giants.

      • mikey says:

Wow. I had somehow missed that whole thing. Have any of these people ever BEEN to SF? I mean, yeah, as a population taken as a whole it leans pretty far left, and yeah, we do have a highly diverse community, but it’s not something you can see or smell or something. Portland feels much more “lefty” than San Francisco. San Francisco is a beautiful old city with a very strong capitalist streak. It’s kind of unusual because it’s surrounded by water so it’s unusually dense, there’s no place to expand it, but that’s why it looks the way it does. And the Giants? Brandon Crawford is a local kid, but so is Doug Fister, Tigers starting pitcher. Buster Posey is from Georgia, fer crissakes. The Giants have a lot of Venezuelans on their team (Pablo Sandoval got a tweet from President Hugo Chavez after he hit his third home run in Game 1) but interestingly, so do the Tigers. This is just phony, contrived horseshit.

Bouffant is right – your primary loyalty is either to the home team or the team you grew up rooting for, but in baseball it’s true that the American League game is much harder to watch. They shouldn’t have two different sets of rules – it’s ugly.

      • Watching their justifications for supporting Detroit are hilarious, though. “Root for Detroit because they didn’t die when we wanted them to!”

      • M. Bouffant says:

Too late now: No more room on the bandwagon.

    This is a great place.

  5. a ‘Sesson 7′-style horror movie

I liked the sequel, “Session 9”.

  6. M. Bouffant says:

I’m assuming the English Beat are zombies themselves at this date.

  7. blue girl says:

Late here, but wanted to say that Melissa Harris-Perry’s segment was so powerful and emotional. I would have stood up and cheered Saturday morning when I watched it but couldn’t because I was too busy wiping tears away.

Go ahead, tell me how I fucked up this time.
